Shipping and Returns
Order Processing:
Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing. You will receive a shipping a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure personal details entered (such as address and contacts) are accurate and correct. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address or contact details. If your parcel is returned to sender, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend your order.

Returns & Exchanges:
We hope you love your chich. purchase! But, if you do change your mind, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note for our online store.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please note that as we are a small business and postage costs will not be covered. We recommend using a postage option with tracking as we take no responsibility for lost garments.
Refunds:
Refunds will not be offered unless the product is faulty beyond repair. If your garment is faulty, please email us within 7 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your order number to jen@chichthelabel.com.au for further review. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Sale Items:
Exchange or refund is not available on sale items.
Credit notes:
Credit notes will be valid for a period of 12 months and will be sent to you via email with a unique code that you can enter at the checkout.
